Before you curl up your nose at the thought of Brussels Sprouts you must try this recipe. I have never liked Brussels Sprouts until I ate these.. Whether you like Brussels Sprouts or not you are going to love these. The Air Fryer roasts them to perfection to add a little crunch and some sweetness. Get the Air Fryer off the shelf, dust it off and put it to use.

This recipe makes 4 servings.

Ingredients for the Sprouts

1 lb Brussels Sprouts
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 cloves garlic thinly sliced

Optional Toppings
Dried Cranberries
Balsamic Glaze

Let's Cook

Step One

Trim the ends of the Brussels Sprouts and remove any brown outer leaves. Cut them in half from the stem end. If you have any very large ones cut them into quarters from stem to end. You want them to all be about the same size so they will cook evenly.

Step Two

Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees for 10 minutes. During the preheat time pat the Brussels Sprouts dry. Place the sprouts in a bowl and toss with the olive oil, salt and pepper.

Step Three

Once the Air Fryer has finished preheating add the Brussels sprouts. Stir or change the order of the trays halfway through cooking time. When cooking time is up the sprouts should be nice and crispy and almost done.

Step Four

Add the garlic and cook for an additional 2 to 4 minutes checking constantly to make sure the garlic does not burn.

Step Five

Put the Brussels Sprouts on a serving platter. Drizzle with Balsamic glaze and sprinkle dried cranberries over them.

Step Six

Place this beautiful dish on your supper table and enjoy.

This dish was a hit at our Thanksgiving Table. I do have to say though, that between Madison and I there weren't many left when they reached the table. Please leave a comment once you try this to let me know how your family enjoyed them.
