Drake's Place - Private Dining Only

John and I were invited to a private dinner by Drake Winfrey. He is our 12 year old grandson. He prepared meatloaf "cupcakes" with mashed potatoes "icing" and roasted vegetables. The meatloaf was not dry which usually happens when cooking small meatloafs. He would not give me the recipes for any of it. The meatloaf had a great meatloaf gravy. The mashed potatoes were made from scratch. Just the right amount of milk and butter. The roasted vegetables included squash, zucchini and onions. Perfectly roasted with olive oil and seasonings which he would not, once again, share any of the seasonings he used. He prepared the majority by himself with very little help from his parents. I would recommend this restaurant for all to visit but he only does private dining for his G'Mammy and Pop. I am super proud of Chef Drake.
