I took John, my husband, to this restaurant. I did not realize what we were in for. I have never been in a place where I got such good service and food. Our waiter, Brian, was the absolute best. The restaurant was busy but he made us feel like we were the only people there. He was very personable, friendly, efficient and really cared about our experience.
Do not let the "Grille" in the name fool you. The chef makes masterpieces out of dishes. The restaurant is seasonal so the menu changes.

We ordered the Charcuterie Board as an appetizer. It looked so good I forgot to take a picture before we started eating it. The board had hard and soft salami. There were several different types of cheeses. John enjoyed the Apple Butter Chutney and I was a fan of the Roasted Tomato Chutney. It was served with a bowl of toasted sliced baguette. We decided we would order this every time we go.

John ordered the Joyce Farms hpork chop with roasted vegetables and a glaze reduction. This was the largest pork chop we had ever seen. It was a double cut pork chop. I looked at it and thought to myself with as thick as this pork chop is there is no way it is not dry. John cut into it and it was moist and so delicious.

I ordered the short rib with gnocchi. I love to see short rib on a menu. I have to order it. This one was no disappointment. The short rib had been braised to absolute perfection. It just melted in my mouth. The gnocchi was light, pillowy and airy. They were not dense at all. I could eat this dish over and over again. I recommend it if you go there.

We ordered dessert. John had the pumpkin cheesecake and I had the brownie paired with a vanilla gelato. It looked so good we dove right in and I forgot to take pictures. It happens.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to have a date night out. Make sure to make reservations.
